摘要：Response comparability on a wide variety of factual and judgmental information regarding nursing home residents was assessed for two proxy groups: family and staff. Family proxies had the most information. Family and staff proxies are not interchangeable. A general lack of response comparability suggests that proxies for nursing home residents should be selected in relation to the type of data needed and the time period of interest.
