摘要：The purposes of this study were : 1) to survey the status of an internal educational qualityassurance system in child development centers under the Local Administrative Organization, Ministryof Interior. 2) to develop an internal educational quality assurance system in child developmentcenters under the Local Administrative Organization, Ministry of Interior by applying participatory actionresearch approach. 3) to study an effectiveness of the internal educational quality assurance systemin child development centers under the Local Administrative Organization, Ministry of Interior byapplying participatory action research approach.
