摘要：บทคัดย่อ ภาวะผู้นำเชิงระบบ เป็นรูปแบบภาวะผู้นำสมัยใหม่โดยเน้นการทำงานเป็นระบบ ใช้ความคิดเชิงระบบ สร้างความสัมพันธ์กับหน่วยงาน ชุมชนและคนอื่นๆ โดยสร้างความแตกต่างที่สามารถทำได้ บริหารงานแบบมืออาชีพและมุ่งให้บุคลากรทุกคนเป็นบุคคลแห่งการเรียนรู้ ที่สำคัญเน้นด้านคุณธรรมและจริยธรรม ใช้ความคิด เชิงระบบสร้างสรรค์ในการพัฒนาโรงเรียนให้เกิดความแตกต่างทุกด้าน มีการปรับปรุงระบบการศึกษา ยกระดับมาตรฐานการศึกษาให้สูงขึ้น ไม่ใช่เฉพาะโรงเรียนตนเองเท่านั้นรวมถึงโรงเรียนอื่นๆ ในเครือข่ายหรือชุมชนใกล้เคียงด้วย โดยปรับปรุงระบบการเรียนการสอน ปรับปรุงหลักสูตร สื่อการสอน เทคโนโลยี สภาพ แวดล้อมและบรรยากาศของโรงเรียน สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก รวมถึงกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน มีความมุ่งมั่นเปลี่ยนแปลงระบบการศึกษาให้บรรลุผลสำเร็จ สนับสนุนการปฏิรูปการศึกษา เน้นการสร้างมนุษยสัมพันธ์ การปรับปรุงโครงสร้างของโรงเรียนและความเป็นอิสระ ใช้หลักการมีส่วนร่วมและการสร้างเครือข่าย เสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจแก่บุคลากร สนับสนุนความร่วมมือกับโรงเรียนอื่นๆ ผู้นำจะจูงใจให้บุคลากรทุกคนพัฒนาตน สู่มืออาชีพเพื่อนำพาโรงเรียนสู่โรงเรียนคุณภาพ คำสำคัญ : ภาวะผู้นำเชิงระบบ ความเป็นมืออาชีพ Abstract System Leadership is a form of modern leadership by focusing on a systematic work. Improving education system and enhance the standard of higher education not only own school but other school network and nearby community. The improving education system is to improve teaching system, curriculum, teaching materials and technology, environment and atmosphere, facility included teaching activity. Having commitment to achieve sustainable change in education system, support education reform , focus on building relationship, restructuring of the school and independence , using participation and network building, empowerment to personnel and foster collaboration with other schools.
