摘要:Violence is a risk that public health field workers face, 1 and stress is a risk that is experienced even more often than violence. Occupational stress can lower memory capacity, 2 , 3 undermine decision-making processes, 2 , 4 and increase stereotyping and bias interpretations. 5 With these issues being germane to research like that conducted by Potter et al., 6 the stress that field workers experience is important to understand.
