摘要：The article focuses on the description of human capital management, especially on its part related to efficiency of human capital. It connects this topic with the specific conditions of enterprises operating in distribution logistics. To fulfil the aim, methods of induction, deduction, summarising and application of research evidence were used. The point is to explain how human capital and efficient utilisation and investment in this intangible asset can contribute to enhanced performance and competitiveness of logistics enterprises.
