摘要：پژوهش با هدف مقایسه طرحواره های ناسازگارانه و اضطراب اجتماعی زنان اقدام کننده به جراحی زیبائی با زنان غیر اقدام کننده انجام شده است. نمونه ای 120 نفری شامل 60 زن اقدام کننده به جراحی زیبائی با 60 زن غیر متقاضی، و روش نمونه گیری در دسترس از شهر تهران انتخاب شده اند. برای اندازه گیری از پرسشنامه های طرحواره یانگ (نسخه سوم فرم کوتاه، 2005) ،پرسشنامه اضطراب اجتماعی (دیویدسون، 1997) استفاده شده است . تحلیل نتایج با استفاده از مانوا و در صورت وجود تفاوت معنادار از آزمون تعقیبی بونفرونی استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد بین طرحواره اطاعت و ایثار زنان اقدام کننده و غیر اقدام کننده تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد (0.05P.
其他摘要：This research is aimed to study the abnormal schema and social anxiety in a group of women who had applied for cosmetic surgery as compared to a non- applicant group. For this purpose, 60 applicants and 60 non- applicants were selected as in accessible sample in the city of Tehran. Both groups were asked to complete two questionnaires: Yang Schema Scale (Third short version, 2005), and Social Anxiety Scale (Davidson, 1997). These tests are valid and reliable. The Data were analyzed by MANOVA and in case there was a significant difference, Bonferoni post hoc test was taken. Result indicated that there are significant differences between two groups in subjugation and self- sacrifice, indeed women who had applied for cosmetic surgery significantly experienced higher degrees of social anxiety. According to result can recognize that women who had applied for cosmetic surgery experiencing higher level of social anxiety. However, the high level of social anxiety will associate with applying cosmetic surgery. Key words: abnormal schemas, social anxiety, cosmetic surgery
