  • 摘要:This article researches the influence of different air-outlet modes of electric vehicle power cabin basing on natural wind cooling. The results indicate that combining with simulation calculation and field synergy analysis method, it is rapid and accurate to choose the best air-outlet mode; when the temperature gradient value is constant, the field synergy number increases with the vehicle speed, which improves the heat dissipation performance of battery. Through the research, the heat dissipation performance of up-outlet with two-holes mode is best while both-sides outlet mode is worst, which is validated by heat flow field characteristic analysis of electric vehicle power cabin at different ambient temperatures. The temperature variation curve of down-outlet mode is steeper than other air-outlet modes, which shows the more obvious improving ability of heat dissipation performance along with the increased vehicle speed.
