摘要：In the present study, teaching competency scale (TCS) has been constructed and standardized for the B. Ed trainees. This scale consists of 59 statements. The simple random sample technique was used for current investigation. The sample consists of 117 B. Ed trainees randomly selected from Villupuram Districts. The “Cronbach’s Alpha” technique was used to regulate the tool and finally out of 59 statements, 42 statements were retained in the final study.
