摘要：El artículo está basado en el análisis del medio geográfico desde la visión de la geografía de la percepción, en la comunidad de Chirimena, centro poblado situado en la región de la costa central del estado Miranda. En este enfoque al nivel de las relaciones hombre-ambiente, para planificar el territorio, se debe tener en cuenta a las personas que hacen vida en él, sus necesidades, tradiciones y actividades, es decir, debe existir un ajuste de los recursos del entorno con las necesidades de los individuos. Por ende, esta investigación tuvo como objetivo principal proponer un escenario de aprovechamiento turístico en el área de estudio, a través de la recopilación de información cognitiva de la comunidad, donde se expresen sentimientos, valoraciones y configuraciones en la población residente y visitante, a fin de identificar las actitudes de un individuo o de un grupo y establecer indicadores sociales que permitan medir diversos aspectos de la calidad de vida, que a su vez permitan planificar la actividad turística con base a las prioridades de las personas, dirigidas a un mejor aprovechamiento de la actividad turística en Chirimena y minimizar los problemas que derivan de las necesidades básicas insatisfechas tanto del residente como del viajero.
其他摘要：The article is based on the analysis of the geographical environment from the vision of the geography of perception, in the community of Chirimena, a populated center located in the central coastal region of Miranda state. In this approach at the level of human-environment relations, to plan the territory, one must take into account the people who live there, their needs, traditions and activities, that is, there must be an adjustment of the resources of the environment with the needs of individuals. Therefore, this research had as main objective to propose a scenario of tourism use in the study area, through the collection of cognitive information of the community, where feelings, valuations and configurations are expressed in the resident and visiting population, in order to identify the attitudes of an individual or a group and establish social indicators that allow measuring different aspects of the quality of life, which in turn allow to plan the tourist activity based on the priorities of the people, aimed at a better use of the tourist activity in Chirimena and minimize the problems that derive from the unsatisfied basic needs of both the resident and the traveler.
