摘要:In order to optimize the gasification reaction conditions and improve the gasification effect, we studied the effect of temperature and excess air ratio on the distribution of waste gasification gas phase products. First, apple 9.99%, green vegetables 5.58%, flour 4.83% and meat 0.43% were selected as the kitchen components, PS2.3%, PE21.76%, PP3.14%, PET4.09% and PVC0.45% were selected as the plastic components, poplar wood 20.19% as the wood and bamboo components, and 27.21% of the used cardboard boxes as waste paper composition. The results show that the optimum gas chemical condition is that the air equivalent ratio is about 0.2 and the gasification temperature is 800°C. At this time, the combustible component in the gasification synthesis gas accounts for 77.16% of the total volume, the volume fraction of H2 is 17.95%, the volume percentage of CO is 28.42%, and the volume percentage of CH4 is 20.66%. The ER range (0.05, 0.27) corresponding to the intersection of CO and CO2 fold line has practical guiding significance for selecting the best gas chemical conditions (gasification temperature, ER) and improving gasification efficiency.
