摘要：In the context of the continuous renewal of the urban environment, it is an important problem that how to coordinate the spatial form of the decline of the area and the demand for the high quality environment in the continuation of the cultural resources in the historical residential area. Through the analysis of several practical cases, this paper compares the updating background, the renewal target and the renewal mode of the different historical residential area, and probes into their renewal mode under the different urban development requirements.
