摘要：A autora parte do reconhecimento da importância da Medicina e da Psicanálise na abordagem do fenômeno psicossomático (FPS), para fazer uma reflexão acerca das diferenças entre esses campos de saber. De um lado, o discurso médico em sua cientificidade e objetividade e de outro, o discurso psicanalítico não normativo, que visa o surgimento do desejo e do sujeito do inconsciente; o primeiro evitando qualquer tipo de erro e o segundo fazendo do erro, do tropeço, uma baliza para o tratamento. Saberes diferentes que deveriam se aliar na escuta e tratamento do sujeito que, para além da doença, sofre também de angústia.
其他摘要：The author starts recognizing the importance of the Medicine and the Psychoanalysis in the approach of the psychosomatic phenomenon (PSP), to make a reflection concerning the differences between these fields of knowledge. Of a side, the medical field, more scientific and objective and of another one, the psychoanalytical field not normative, that has in view the desire and the unconscious subject. The first one avoids any kind of error and the second deals with it. In the author’s opinion, these differents knowledges would be allied on the treatment of the subject that, beyond the disease, also suffers with the anxiety.
