摘要：Neste trabalho analisa-se a hipótese metapsicológica segundo a qual o impacto subjetivo de um diagnóstico de HIV Aids é traumático, no sentido psicanalítico do termo, o que significa que é preciso construir um dispositivo clínico que permita deslindar, na dinâmica psíquica desses pacientes, os conflitos desencadeados pela certeza científica da Aids como diagnóstico. Analisa-se em um caso clínico a economia psíquica resultante, no sentido do circuito pulsional que gira em torno do eu vulnerável, atingido em cheio em sua crença na imortalidade. Analisam-se seus efeitos na tópica psíquica, ou seja, o impacto produzido nas instâncias id, eu e superego. Entre elas deixa-se indicada a mais significativa evidência clínica nos casos de Aids: o ataque do superego ao eu, conhecida por todos que exercem a clínica da Aids, a presença da melancolia, que resta como problema de pesquisa.
其他摘要：This paper analyzes the metapsychological hypothesis according to which the subjective impact of a diagnosis of HIV AIDS is traumatic, in the psychoanalytic sense of the term, which means that a clinical setting, which allows clinical unravel the psychodynamics of these patients, conflicts triggered by scientific certainty such as a diagnosis of AIDS, needs to be built. From a clinical vignette the author analyzes the psychological economy resulting - the drive dynamics - that makes the self vulnerable, targeting his, or her, belief of immortality. The author also analyzes its effects on topical mental, ie, the impact for a id, superego, and I. Such a fact brings about the most significant clinical evidence about AIDS: the attack of the superego onto the self, known for all those who engaged in the AIDS clinic, the presence of melancholia, which remains as a research problem.
