摘要：O presente artigo busca contribuir para a discussão sobre o papel do currículo oculto na formação em psicologia. Traz reflexões sobre a estruturação do curso, sua inserção institucional e a constituição do saber psicológico, apresentadas em um Fórum de Debates sobre estágios em Psicologia, organizado por alunos de graduação. Ao discutir a estruturação dos estágios e a relação entre os docentes, os autores indicam como determinadas relações institucionais dificultam uma formação mais integrada e o exercício do diálogo entre as diferentes teorias e práticas psicológicas. Apontam também como um projeto de formação em pesquisa pode possibilitar uma articulação entre os professores e as diferentes perspectivas em psicologia. Finalmente, chamam a atenção para a necessidade e a responsabilidade de alunos e professores em criar espaços de discussão e reflexão sobre a formação em psicologia e a construção do conhecimento e da prática psicológica.
其他摘要：This article contributes for the discussion of unofficial curriculum's role in psychology professional training. It brings some thoughts about the course structure, its institutional insertion, and the construction of psychological knowledge presented at the Forum de Debates em Psicologia, organized by undergraduated students, authors of this paper. By discussing internships' structure and the relationship among professors, the authors indicate how certain institutional relationships make it difficult to achieve an integrated professional training and the dialogue about different theories and psychological pratices. This paper also points out how a research training program makes it possible to articulate professors and their different perspectives in psychology. Finally, it calls the attention for the need and responsibility of students and professors in creating room for discussion and reflection about professional training, knowledge construction and pratices in psychology.
