摘要：Neste artigo pretendo refletir sobre o vínculo mãe-bebê e as possibilidades de intervenção na situação de internação de bebês prematuros extremos (bebês que nascem com peso menor ou igual a 1.500 g/30 semanas de idade gestacional). Estes bebês, num primeiro momento, apresentam-se como muito diferentes das expectativas das mães, e era função da internação vão exigir separação logo ao nascimento. Neste trabalho as intervenções acontecem visando o estabelecimento de comunicação entre as diversas partes envolvidas, mãe, bebê e equipe, a partir da aproximação e entendimento das mães nos diversos momentos da internação do bebê.
其他摘要：The purpose of this study is to consider the bond mother-infant and the possibilities of intervention during the hospitalization of extremely preterm infants (infants born weighing 1,500 g/30 week-gestational age). At first, these infants appear as rather different from the mother's expectations and, due to hospitalization, need to be parted from her at the moment of birth. In this work, the interventions were carried out with the objective of establishing communication among the various parties involved, mother, infant and multidisciplinary team, by approaching and trying to understand the mother in the diverse moments of hospitalization of extremely preterm infants.
