摘要：Este artigo pretende ser uma contribuição para a teoria e a clínica psicanalítica que se opera em torno dos pais, dos bebês e de profissionais. Tratamos do processo da idealização, acerca da figura da mãe, tal como manifesto na fala de enfermeiras. Diante deste, apontamos os perigos de sua manutenção, bem como a urgência em trabalhá-lo.
其他摘要：This article intends to be a contribution for the theory and the psychoanalyst clinic that happens around the mothers and fathers, the babies and the professionals. We treat the process of idealization about the mother's figure, as well as the expression of the nurses' speach. In concern of that we show the dangerous of this maintenance and urgency in work it out.
