摘要：Nas instituições de saúde, a prática das equipes geralmente está voltada para o doente, cabendo aos acompanhantes um lugar de menos destaque no âmbito de intervenção. Ainda que os acompanhantes desempenhem um papel fundamental no conforto ao paciente e auxílio nos cuidados diários, eles comumente ficam à margem, dificilmente recebendo assistência e suporte específicos. Dentro deste contexto, o presente trabalho busca analisar os efeitos de acompanhar um paciente do Centro de Transplante de Medula Óssea do INCA (CEMO/ INCA), investigando quais as repercussões promovidas na vida de quem ocupa este lugar. Trata-se de uma pesquisa realizada no período de residência multiprofissional em oncologia e física médica, onde foi realizado um estudo teórico-clínico pautado pela teoria psicanalítica. Para tanto, articula as diversas variáveis envolvidas no processo, como complexidade do procedimento e gravidade das doenças tratadas, com conceitos como inconsciente, finitude e narcisismo. A partir da escuta a esses sujeitos, foram analisados fragmentos clínicos em que se observou o impacto ocasionado por tal experiência naqueles que se dispõem a acompanhar o paciente nessa trajetória.
其他摘要：In health institutions, the professional practice is usually directed towards the sick patient, leaving companions in a less prominent position in the extent of intervention. Although the companions play a fundamental role in the patient's comfort and daily care, they are often left in a secondary place, hardly receiving specific assistance and support. In this context, the present study sought to analyze the effects of accompanying a patient who is undergoing a transplant at the INCA Bone Marrow Transplantation Center (INCA/CEMO). The study investigates the repercussions that this place promotes in the lives of those who occupy it. The present study is a research carried out in the period of multi-professional residency in oncology and medical physics, where a clinical-theoretical study was carried out based on the psychoanalytic theory. It articulates several variables in the process such as the complexity of the treatment, the severity of the treated disease, with psychoanalysis concepts such as unconsciousness, finitude, and narcissism. From the listening of these subjects, clinical fragments based on psychoanalytic theory were analyzed, in which the impact caused by such experience was observed in those who are willing to accompany the patient in this trajectory.
