摘要：Introdução: Uma das principais causas de morbimortalidade mundial são as doenças cardiovasculares (DCV), sendo que esta é a principal causa de morte no Brasil. Dentre os fatores de risco que contribuem para o desenvolvimento das DCV, pode-se destacar o estresse e faz-se relevante apontar que as Diretrizes Brasileiras de Hipertensão ressaltam a importância de seu controle. Objetivo: Avaliar o impacto de uma intervenção educacional multidisciplinar em grupo no nível de estresse individual apresentado por pacientes hipertensos. Materiais e método: Participaram deste estudo 20 pacientes. Os mesmos foram submetidos a uma intervenção educacional multiprofissional em grupo e o estresse dos participantes foi avaliado individualmente com a Escala de Avaliação de Reajustamento Social de Holmes e Rahe, antes e após a intervenção. Foi realizado o cálculo das diferenças relativas para avaliar o quanto se alterou percentualmente o escore de estresse dos pacientes após a participação no grupo. Resultado: Foi observado um aumento do escore de estresse dentre os participantes após a intervenção. Conclusão: Houve aumento da percepção de estresse dos pacientes após a participação no grupo, porém este pode estar relacionado a um movimento psíquico benéfico, como um aspecto mobilizador e necessário para a mudança de comportamento e adesão ao tratamento proposto.
其他摘要：Introduction: One of the principal causes of morbidity and mortality worldwide are the cardiovascular diseases (CVD), and this is the main cause of death in Brazil. Among the risk factors that contribute to the development of CVD stress can be highlighted, and it is relevant to point out that the Brazilian Hypertension Guidelines emphasize the importance of its control. Objective: Evaluate the impact of a multidisciplinary education group intervention in the stress levels presented individually by hypertensive patients. Materials and methods: The study included 20 patients. They were submitted to a multidisciplinary educational group intervention and the stress of the participants was assessed individually with Holmes-Rahe Social Readjustment Rating Scale, before and after the intervention. It was calculated the relative differences to assess how much the percentage of stress shown by patients changed after participating in the group. Results: An increase in stress levels was observed among the participants of the sample afterwards. Conclusion: There was an increase of stress perception of the patients after participation in the group, although this may be related to a beneficial psychic movement, as necessary for behavior change and adherence to the proposed treatment.
