摘要：O hospital torna-se propício a um encontro entre o saber médico e o saber psicanalítico. Por um lado, se o discurso médico faz obstáculo à palavra do paciente e à sua singularidade, por outro, é necessário possibilitar um espaço à palavra daquele que sofre. Deve-se levar em consideração as variadas demandas dirigidas ao praticante da psicanálise, sendo necessário um saber sobre o manejo destas, para que o lugar e a função do praticante da psicanálise sejam alcançados. Desse modo, é possível sustentar a presença de um saber outro, diferente do saber médico. Assim, como opera o discurso do analista no hospital? Como se configura a transferência no hospital? O presente trabalho foi organizado em duas partes. A primeira intitulada "Discurso da Instituição: A Ordem Médica", onde se contextualizou o hospital como campo de atuação, privilegiando as peculiaridades do discurso médico. A segunda foi dedicada ao "Discurso do Analista na Instituição", tomando-o como possibilidade de laço e produtor de efeitos no hospital. As considerações finais apontam para a legitimação do hospital como um espaço fértil para a inserção do praticante da psicanálise, ratificando a possibilidade de aplicação do discurso do analista no hospital, sugerindo um modo peculiar de transferência.
其他摘要：The hospital is conducive to a meeting between medical and psychoanalytic knowledge. On one hand, medical speech makes obstacle to the patient's word and its uniqueness, on the other hand, it is necessary to give space to the voice of the one who suffers. It must be considered the variety of demands addressed to the practitioner of psychoanalysis, requiring knowledge on handling these demands, in order for the psychoanalyst's place and function to be achieved. According to this, it is possible to sustain the presence of a knowledge different from the one offered by the medical field. How does the analyst's speech operates in the hospital? How to set the transfer in the hospital? This paper was organized into two chapters. The first chapter "The Institution Speech: The Medical Order", contextualizes the hospital as a workplace, focusing on medical speech peculiarities. The second is dedicated to "The Analyst's Speech at the Institution", taking the analyst as a possible loop and effects producer at the hospital. The conclusions point to the hospital's legitimacy as a fertile space for the insertion of the psychoanalysis practitioner, confirming the possibility to apply the Analyst Speech in the hospital, suggesting a peculiar way of transfer.
