摘要：Este trabalho teve o objetivo de investigar os aspectos psico-afetivos da criança com câncer, no Instituto Maranhense de Oncologia Aldenora Bello, e analisá-los como um dos possíveis fatores etiológicos da doença. Apresenta-se um referencial teórico sobre a importância da relação da criança com seus pais ou referências como suporte psíquico, emocional e social da criança. Aborda-se ainda o câncer infantil e suas características gerais. Nesta pesquisa investiga-se: a dinâmica familiar, a relação psico-afetiva da criança com seus pais ou responsáveis, perdas e luto infantil, alterações comportamentais e presença de otimização frente ao processo do adoecer. Realizaram-se num primeiro momento, entrevistas individuais semi-estruturadas com os pais ou responsáveis pelas crianças em processo de tratamento, e num segundo momento a intervenção investigativa com as crianças, através de material ludoterápico, pesquisando aspectos psico-afetivos na constituição de sua história de vida e seus recursos possíveis para enfrentamento de desafios. Pretende-se com o resultado da pesquisa demonstrar que tais aspectos psico-afetivos podem estar relacionados, dentre os aspectos multifatoriais, com o aparecimento da neoplasia maligna.
其他摘要：This work aims at investigating the psycho-affective aspects of children with cancer, at Aldenora Bello Oncology Institute of Maranhão, and analyzing them as possible etiologic factors of the disease. It presents a theoretical reference about the importance of relationship between the children and their parents or references as children emotional, social and psychical support. It also addresses childhood cancer and its general characteristics. In the field survey, one took as a basis the results of individual semi-structured interviews with the companions of children undergoing treatment, in which one were investigated aspects such as: family dynamics, the parents-children relationship, childhood grief and children's behavioral changes for becoming sick. There were children's individual and group service, for assessment of their individual, family, and social life history. With the survey result, one intends to show that such psycho-affective aspects may be related to the uprising of the malignant neoplasia.
