摘要：Este estudo tem por objetivo principal investigar a eficácia terapêutica da Interpretação Teorizada na Psicoterapia Breve Operacionalizada. Pelo delineamento clínico de abordagem Psicanalítica, foram estudados dez pacientes, de ambos os sexos, dentro da faixa etária de 18 a 40 anos. Procedeu-se uma fase de triagem, para verificar as adequações dos pacientes no presente, determinando-se as "situações-problema", com base na Escala Diagnóstica Adaptativa Operacionalizada (EDAO-R). Nessa fase inicial levantaram-se dados da evolução dos pacientes desde a infância até o presente; as soluções que eles encontraram nos momentos de crise e em situações adversas da vida, nos quatros setores adaptativos: Afetivo-relacional (A-R), Produtividade (Pr), Sociocultural (S-C) e Orgânico (Or). Foram realizadas 12 sessões de Psicoterapia Breve Operacionalizada. Verificou-se que a Interpretação Teorizada mostrou-se eficaz, já que ao final do processo terapêutico houve uma evolução adaptativa dos pacientes, observada por uma análise comparativa das Interpretações com as soluções encontradas por estes. Houve mudança em nove casos para grupos diagnósticos com maior eficácia adaptativa, bem como a confirmação de tais mudanças por meio do follow-up. Concluiu-se que a terapêutica da Interpretação Teorizada foi eficaz nos casos classificados segundo a EDAO-R, como Grupos 3 e 4, nos Moderados e Severos e nas situações emergenciais.
其他摘要：The main objective of this study is to investigate therapeutic effectiveness of Theorized Interpretation in the Operatio-nallized Short-term Psychotherapy. Ten Patients, men and women, of ages ranging from 18 to 40 years old, were studied by clinical delineation of Psychoanalytic Approach. After a initial phase of evaluation, the "Problem Situations" were determined based on the Operationallized Adaptive Diagnostic Scale (EDAO-R). During this phase, data of patients' evolution since childhood up to now were surveved. We have analyzed the solutions they found during moments of crisis as well as in adverse situations. The adaptive sectors evaluated were: Affective-relational (A-R); Productivity (Pr), Socio-cultural (S-C) and Organic (Or). After 12-week Operationallized Short-term Psychotherapy, we have verified the effectiveness of Intellectualized Interpretation. All subjects have shown adaptive evolution after the therapeutic process. Changes were observed by a comparative analysis of Interpretations with the solutions found by each subject. We have detected changes in 9 patients for diagnostic groups with greater adaptive effectiveness. We have confirmed such changes by subsequent follow up. We have concluded that Theorized Interpretation was effective in Groups 3 e 4 of EDAO (Moderate and Severe, respectively), both in emergency situations and in adverse situations.
