摘要：Culturalmente, a comunicação da morte tem sido representada de maneiras diversas, o que parece originar consequências na organização de recursos para lidar com as perdas, principalmente pelas crianças. A presente pesquisa teve como objetivo levantar dados a respeito da comunicação sobre a morte para crianças e identificar estratégias utilizadas e recomendadas. Para tanto, foi realizada uma revisão sistemática com análise minuciosa de publicações científicas que tratam o assunto. De uma forma geral, recomenda-se a utilização de um diálogo franco e claro, através de informações verdadeiras e honestas, promovendo-se a inserção e a construção do conceito de morte, como algo natural, desde o início da infância, com um comunicador aberto para esclarecimentos de dúvidas e uma escuta sensível, que favoreça a expressão dos diversos sentimentos que acometem uma criança nesta situação. Esta interação deve ser revestida de algumas estratégias e cuidados básicos, respeitando-se as capacidades cognitivas e emocionais da criança.
其他摘要：Culturally communication of death has been represented in different ways, which seems to lead to consequences in the resource organization to deal with the losses, especially by children. This research aimed to gather data about the communication of death for children and identify strategies used and recommended. Therefore, a systematic review with detailed analysis of scientific publications dealing with the matter was held. In general, we recommend the use of a frank and clear dialogue, through real and honest information, promoting the integration and construction of the concept of death as something natural, since early childhood, with a open communicator for clarification of doubts and sensitive listening, that favors the expression of diverse feelings that affect a child in this situation. This interaction should be covered with some strategies and basic care, respecting the cognitive and emotional capabilities of the child.
