摘要:Knowledge Management as a crucial factor impacts on organizational performance. It seems to be a lack of empirical studies that measure knowledge in high educational environments, especially in universities. The main purpose of this study was to identify and assess five pointers that contribute towards knowledge management in a university in Iran. The methodology involved both qualitative and quantitative research to evaluate knowledge management based on literature and personnel viewpoints in the university. Data from 101 participants were analyzed by using Kruskal- Wallis, and Mann-Whitney test. The instrument used was a structured research questionnaire on knowledge management.
