  • 摘要:The article addresses the issue of teachers’ professional satisfaction. It analyzes the relationship between motivation and professional satisfaction; argues the hierarchy of teachers’ professional satisfaction needs and the domains of pre-university teachers’ professional satisfaction. It also characterizes the role of professional satisfaction in pedagogical enthusiasm maintenance.
