  • 摘要:Annotation The teacher has a huge role in the harmonious development of the next generation. Much depends on their professionalism and therefore, we should have obtained such instruments by means of which we will see how the teacher manages methodical preparation, usage of subject knowledge in practice and what kind personal characteristics they have. These are the three main aspects, which should be assessed taking into consideration the direct observation of a teacher in the school. We have observed the teacher's assessment questionnaire through which we control the quality of teacher professional development. In the article is presented the questionnaire – “the teacher's assessment by a lesson observation'' - taking into account the shortcomings of the questionnaire is drawn up new versions of the questionnaire of teacher's assessment.
