摘要:The article, basing on interdisciplinary organization principles of research experience establishment, concerns professional formation of teachers of Higher Educational Establishments, considering specific character of professional educational work. While analyzing the problem, the author brings in the complications, the practitioners, working in Higher Educational Establishments face, touches upon the issues of mentorship organization as one of the ways to improve professional and educational training of newcomers, in other words, those, who have work experience less than 3–5 years. The article presents fields of activity and qualities of modern teacher of Higher Educational Establishment, aimed to show range of teacher of Higher Educational Establishment professional activity and as a result brings in “School for newcomer teacher” plan, focused on creating conditions for newcomer teacher professional formation.
