摘要:What is the world we are living in, and what laws are effective there? What determined the origin of law and how did it emerge? Justice and law, do they exist as a generalized thing in the world in which there are no men? What mental-psychological preconditions made it necessary to create the law as a construction? This paper seeks to address the questions listed above, and the discussion developed in the article offers relevant answers to every question asked therein. This article is a research in the light of the philosophy of law and the theory of law, crosscutting various fields of science: psychology, mathematics and physics.
