摘要:This paper presents the results of research conducted in a public school, in order to understand the changes in their management process, with regard to participation and conflicts, due to its transformation into Learning Communities. It has been as a basic reference the theory of communicative action and communicative critical methodology. Research has indicated changes in the school unit, since the implementation of the proposed Learning Communities, the most significant being the incorporation of equal dialogue in the institution's collegiate and understanding of the conflict as a starting point for the search for understanding, which is established in communicative action.
