摘要:This article is in the field of philosophy of education. We claim that training in our universities has been reduced, almost entirely, to professionalization of individuals for a supposed promising professional market, almost silencing the institutive university. Efficient management has been one able to optimize time and resources and to have, in its strategic planning, the ability to extract the best of individuals to serve well the established social order. Doubt, restlessness, necessary to form an autonomous man, are almost silenced in the formative practices of professors and managers.
