  • 摘要:Background and Aims: The teaching method is one of the most important elements which has a significant role in achieving the goal of education. One of the creative ways of teaching, is innovative method. Therefore present study examines the impact on creativity and innovative method of learning the army's medical students. Methods: The research method was quasi-experimental with pretest-posttest design by using a control group. The population consisted of all male students in the academic year 2014-2015 in University of Medical Sciences and by using the sampling method, 32 students were selected and randomly divided into control and experimental groups. Test groups were trained in five session, 60-minute using innovative method and traditional method was used for the control group. Abedi creativity test was used to collect data and learn self-made test. Statistical test was used to data analysis, in descriptive and inferential statistics (analysis of covariance) and software Spss version 20. Results : Research findings indicate an increase in creativity and all of its components and learning the experimental group students in microbiology course compared to the control group. Conclusion: According to positive impact of innovative teaching methods in increasing creativity and learning, compared to the Traditional teaching methods, it is recommended that learners training in the form of innovative teaching methods. Rather than listening to the lessons of language teaching and memorization and response surface, Through descriptions, similes and analogies, active participants in the learning process.
