摘要：The aim of this paper is to analyse the Draft Act on the Amendments to the Maritime Code of the Republic of Croatia, focusing mainly on its chapters related to the yachts and small recreational boats charter, as well as contract of nautical berth and to compare them with the laws and practices in Italy, Spain and France.
