  • 摘要:This article examines the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement, which is the new agreement reached between the three countries, and how it differs from NAFTA, the current agreement in place. While this paper discusses the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement generally, it predominately focuses on the changes that were made it the Intellectual Property chapter. Even more specifically, it analyzes the liability Internet Service Providers may face for their users conduct online when it comes to infringing on the Intellectual Property rights of another.
