摘要：In computer networks, quality of service (QoS) is considered an important user demand especially in real-time multimedia systems where transmission delay is not tolerated. An important aspect of such networks is maximizing bandwidth usage through minimizing the amount of unused bandwidth in the channel. In this paper, we present an application of a novel QoS bandwidth management algorithm, MaxBalanced Spanning Trees Packing (MBSTP) for video streaming that minimizes the amount of unused bandwidth and allows parallel video streaming services in networks with a series-parallel graph topology.
