摘要：En The paper aims at providing a linguistic account on the description of agricultural and societal practices during the first part of the XX c. narrated in a recent book written with large excerpts in the Sallentinian dialect of Sava (Tarentum, Southern Italy). Diffuse references are made to popular traditions as seen by the eyes of a young boy and rivisited as an old man with the true words of the local dialect which are here emphasized. Il saggio si sofferma su aspetti linguistici e culturali presenti negli etnotesti nel dialetto di Sava (Taranto) prodotti dall'informatore che descrive quel mondo con occhi di bambino.
