其他摘要：Innovative teaching was created to solve problems, improve or change the traditional teaching. One of the innovations in teaching that plays an important role is information technology. Especially when Thailand steps into Thailand 4.0, governments aim to provide information technology to help Thailand, and to help solve problems of thinking management, teamwork, communications, learning skills and morality in Thai society. Teachers play an important role in thinking and developing effective teaching innovations so that learners have the right skills. The government has tried to budget for the development of teachers to have new skills in learning management or to develop their ability to use information technology to effectively manage their education. However, it seems that the results are not satisfactory. Therefore, the author considers that the development of skills or ability to use information technology in the education of teachers will be slow, but we have to focus and prioritize on the incubation of "Pre-service teachers" who are going to be a major force in developing countries to have skills in using information technology to bring Thailand to the real Thailand 4.0 Keyword: Innovative teaching / Pre-service teacher / Information Technology
