摘要：1875 yýlýnda Hersek'in Nevesin kasabasýnda baþlayan ve kýsa sürede Bosna ve Hersek geneline yayýlan Hersek Ýsyaný, XIX. yüzyýlýn son çeyreðine girerken Osmanlý Devleti'ni ve Avrupa diplomasisini ilgilendiren en önemli olaylardan biri olmuþtur. Diplomatik ve askerî giriþimlerle isyanýn yatýþtýrýlamamasý üzerine, Almanya, Avusturya-Macaristan ve Rusya'dan oluþan Üç Ýmparator Ligi (haberlerde geçtiði þekliyle "Kuzey Güçleri") kendilerini de yakýndan ilgilendiren bu isyaný sonlandýrmak için harekete geçmiþler ve Avusturya-Macaristan Baþvekili Kont Andrassy tarafýndan Osmanlý Devleti'nin Hýristiyan vatandaþlarýna yönelik bir reform projesi hazýrlanmasýna karar vermiþlerdir. Ýngiltere, Ýtalya ve Fransa'nýn onayýnýn alýnmasýnýn ardýndan, 31 Aralýk 1875 tarihinde Babýâli'ye sunulan ve 11 Þubat 1876'da da Babýâli'nin kabul ettiði ve Andrassy Notasý adýyla anýlan ýslahat projesi, Birleþik Krallýk gazetelerinde yayýmlanan haber ve makalelerde yoðun bir þekilde iþlenmiþtir. Bu çalýþma ile Ýngiltere'nin The Manchester Guardian, Ýskoçya'nýn The Scotsman ve Ýrlanda'nýn The Irish Times gazeteleri örnekleminde, notanýn Birleþik Krallýk gazetelerine ve kamuoyuna nasýl yansýdýðý tespit edilmeye çalýþýlmýþtýr.
其他摘要：The revolution of Herzegovina which had started in a small town called Nevesin, Herzegovina in 1875 and had spread to Bosnia and Herzegovina in a very short time, was one of the major incidents which concern Ottoman Empire and also European diplomacy at the beginning of the last quarter of the 19th century. By virtue of the revolt couldn't be tranquilized with diplomatic and military measures, League of the Three Emperors formed by Germany, Austria-Hungary and Russia ("Northern Powers" as mentioned in the newspapers) took action in order to give an end to this revolt which concerned themselves very closely and agreed on the preparation of a reform project for the Christian subjects of the Ottoman Empire by the Austrian Prime Minister Conde Andrassy. Being approved by England, France and Italy, the reform Project which is called Andrassy Note which had presented to the Porte on December 31, 1875 and the Porte had accepted it on February 11, 1876, processed widely in the news and articles of the United Kingdom press. This article tries to determine how this Note was reflected in the UK press and public opinion with a sampling of the newspapers The Manchester Guardian of England, The Scotsman of Scotland and The Irish Times of Ireland.
