摘要:This paper extends the literature on organizational culture and innovation performance mediating effect of empowerment by examining a set of manufacturing firms operating East Marmara Industrial Region in Turkey. The research data was collected 850 employees and different levels of managers from 85 manufacturing companies which are over 30 employees in firms. The findings show that there is a significant relationship between organizational culture features empowerment and innovation performance. It is also found that only adhocracy culture directly support innovation performance and it is determined as the most important predictor of innovation performance. Empowerment is the highly important factor of increase of innovation performance too. A key result is empowerment full mediate the effects of, clan, hierarchy and market culture that support innovation performance.
