摘要：Bu araştırmada öğretmenlerin, iki farklı zaman diliminde bir eğitim aracı olarak bilgisayara ilişkin tutumları karşılaştırılmaktadır. Araştırma, araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen tutum ölçerler ile, 1988 yılında saptanan öğretmen tutumlarını, 2018 yılında yine aynı tutum ölçerlerle saptanan öğretmen tutumları ile karşılaştırarak, eğitim sistemi, öğretim programları, yönetimi, öğretmen yetiştirme ve bir öğretim aracı olarak bilgisayar gibi faklı alanların işleyişini ve öğretmen tutumlarının, iki farklı zamandaki eğilimlerini gözlemlememizi sağlamaktadır. Araştırmaların ilkinde ülke bazında ve ikincisinde İl bazında, evrenin yaklaşık tamamına ulaşılmış olması, araştırmaların genellenebilirliğini arttırmaktadır. Araştırmada dikkat çeken en önemli bulgu, artık ülkede çoklu öğretmen yetiştirme kaynaklarının sadece bir kaynağa, eğitim fakültelerine dönüşmüş olmasıdır. Kadın erkek öğretmen tutumları arasında, istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir farklılığın olmaması, öğretmen yetiştirmede belirli bir nitel yapıya kavuşulmuş olmasını göstermektedir.
其他摘要：In this research, the attitudes of the teachers towards the computer as an educational tool in two different time periods are compared. The research compares the attitudes of the teachers determined by the researcher with the attitudes of the teachers determined in 1988 and the attitudes of the teachers determined by the same attitudes in 2018 and analyzes the operation of the different fields such as the education system, the curriculum, management, teacher training and computer as a teaching tool, allows us to observe trends at two different times. The fact that the first of the researches reached the whole of the universe in the country-based and the second in the province-based increase the generalization of the researches. The most notable finding in the survey is that now the sources of multi-teacher education in the country have turned into only one source of education and training faculties. The statistically significant difference between male and female teacher attitudes suggests that a certain qualitative structure has been achieved in teacher education.
