摘要：Vilma Almendra heredó el espíritu de lucha su madre. Cuenta con formación universitaria y ha hecho un aporte en la apropiación colectiva de las Tecnologías de la Información y de la Comunicación. Relata igualmente los avances y dificultades del movimiento indígena en el norte del Cauca.
