摘要：Este artigo apresenta um estudo da relação entre a variabilidade espacial e temporal dos casos de dengue no estado do Rio Grande do Sul e a variabilidade do clima entre os anos 2007 e 2017. Inicia por uma breve caracterização da situação do Rio Grande do Sul no contexto da distribuição da dengue no Brasil e define aspectos de variabilidade climática passíveis de serem considerados, tendo em vista a regionalização do gerenciamento do sistema de saúde deste estado. Esclarecidas as delimitações na abordagem do assunto, apresenta-se a metodologia utilizada para analisar os Tipos Climáticos Anuais (TCA), a variabilidade climática e as correlações com a variabilidade da dengue, no período de 2007 a 2017. Dados secundários utilizados para análise foram: valores mensais de temperatura, precipitação e suas normais climatológicas (1961-1990) para 16 estações meteorológicas (INMET) distribuídas no estado; casos confirmados de dengue autóctone para 19 Coordenadorias Regionais de Saúde por ano (SINAN Net-RS); anomalias mensais de temperatura da superfície do mar segundo o índice Niño 3.4 (NOAA/CPC) e eventos ENOS conforme o ano. Com base nos resultados desta análise: questiona-se as usuais tipologias climáticas atribuídas a partir da variabilidade espaço temporal de Tipos Climáticos Anuais (TCA); identifica-se o TCA mais relacionado à ocorrência de dengue; apresentam-se correspondências encontradas entre anomalias anuais com a ocorrência anual de dengue autóctone tanto por regional de saúde como para o conjunto do estado. A correlação mais significativa foi entre ocorrência de dengue e eventos de El Niño.
其他摘要：The approach of the relation between the spatial-temporal variability of cases of dengue fever and climate variability (2007-2017) in the state of Rio Grande do Sul is in the heart of this paper. It begins with a brief characterization of the situation of Rio Grande do Sul in the context of the distribution of dengue in Brazil and defines the aspects of climate variability that can be considered, given the regionalized management of the health system in this state. After presenting the approach of the subject the aim is to present the methodology used to analyze the annual climatic types (AAC), the climatic variability and correlations with the variability of the disease between the years of 2007 and 2017. The secondary data used for the analysis were: the monthly values of temperature, precipitation and their climatological norm (1961-1990) for 16 meteorological stations (INMET) distributed within the state; confirmed cases of indigenous dengue fever for 19 regional health coordinations per year (SINAN Net-RS); monthly sea surface temperature anomalies according to Niño 3.4 (NOAA / CPC) and ENSO events by year. Based on the results of this analysis, the usual climatic typologies attributed to the temporal variability of annual climatic types (AAC) are put into question; we identify the annual climate types most related to the onset of dengue fever; Associations are found between monthly and annual anomalies with the annual occurrence of dengue fever seen in regional health data and the state as a whole. The most significant correspondence was between the occurrence of dengue fever and El Niño events.
