摘要：Trabalhar o tema sustentabilidade é um desafio que se impõe a todos os setores da sociedade, visto o agravamento dos problemas ambientais e sociais e suas consequências. O artigo faz uma análise dos recursos teóricos e metodológicos propostos pela abordagem territorial para trabalhar sustentabilidade e propõe perspectivas para integrar os conceitos, a partir de pesquisas desenvolvidas na França, Itália e Brasil. Em linhas gerais, pode ser observado que sustentabilidade é indissociável de seu contexto, relacionada diretamente à identidade e ao histórico, ou seja, ao território e às territorialidade ali inscritas. Também, que é na escala local, ou no território, que muitos impactos se apresentam e onde as ações podem ser efetivadas, mesmo que a problemática seja global. Assim, a abordagem territorial integra dimensões, contextualiza as problemáticas e favorece à ação, o que justificam a aderência da abordagem territorial, ou a importância da dimensão territorial da sustentabilidade.
其他摘要：Working the theme sustainability is a challenge required in all sectors of society, due to the intensification of environmental and social problematic and their consequences. This paper analyzes the theoretical and methodological resources offered by the territorial approach to working with sustainability and proposes perspectives for the integration of these concepts, based on researches developed in France, Italy and Brazil. In general, it can be observed that sustainability can’t be separated from its context, is directly related to the identity and the history, therefore, is linked with the territory and its territorialities. Also, it is at the local level, or in the territory, that many impacts are presented and where actions can be performed, even if the issues are global. Thus, the territorial approach integrates the dimensions, contextualizes the issues and promotes the actions, which justifies the adherence of the territorial approach, or the importance of the territorial dimension of sustainability.
