摘要：این پژوهش با هدف طراحی الگوی شایستگی‌های مشاوران در بافت مراکز مشاوره و خدمات روان‌شناسی نیروهای مسلح جمهوی اسلامی ایران انجام شد. به‌عبارت‌دیگر، مساله اصلی تحقیق حاضر این بود که ابعاد و مولفه‌های الگوی شایستگی‌های مشاوران برای کار در مراکز مشاوره و خدمات روان‌شناسی در بافت سازمان نظامی مورد مطالعه کدام‌اند؟ این پژوهش را می‌توان بر مبنای هدف از نوع پژوهش‌های کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت، کیفی به شمار آورد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل مشاوران (حوزه‌های خانواده، ازدواج، فردی، تحصیلی و کودک و نوجوان) مراکز مشاوره سازمان نظامی مورد مطالعه بود که در مجموع 71 مشاور را شامل می‌شد. روش نمونه‌گیری به صورت هدفمند صورت گرفت. بر اساس این روش، حجم نمونه مبتنی بر اشباع نظری بود لذا فرآیند مصاحبه تا حصول اطمینان از احصاء داده‌های مرتبط با موضوع تحقیق و نبود داده جدید ادامه یافت و در نفر چهاردهم مصاحبه‌ها به پایان رسید. برای گردآوری اطلاعات از روش مصاحبه استفاده گردید که داده‌ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوا بر مبنای رویکرد قیاسی مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته‌های این تحقیق نشان داد که الگوی شایستگی‌های مشاوران دارای 7 بُعد شایستگی دانشی، بینشی، نگرشی، توانشی، منشی، مهارت‌ها و ویژگی‌های اخلاقی است که 126 مولفه را دربرمی‌گیرند. این یافته‌ها با دو روش تکرارپذیری و دلفی اعتباریابی‌شدند که آزمون دو جمله‌ای انجام شده بر روی داده‌های دلفی نشان داد که همه 126 مولفه شناسایی شده در سطح 05/0 معنادار بوده و مورد تایید خبرگان هستند.
其他摘要：this study aimed to design a merits of consultants' competencies in the context of army forces of Islamic Republic of Iran counseling and psychological services. In other words; the main issue of this study was that to determine which one is the size and the components of consultants' competencies to work in counseling centers and psychology services in the context of a military organization? This research based on the purpose can be applied research and in terms of nature is qualitative one. The statistical population of this study consisted of counselors in (family, marriage, individual, educational and child and adolescent) issues of IRI military organizations counseling centers, which includes 71 totally. Sampling method was targeted. Regarding this method, the sample size was based on theoretical saturation. Therefore, the interview process was continued to ensure that the data related to the research topic and the lack of new data continued, and the interviews ended through the fourteenth. Interview method was used to collect information. Data was analyzed using content analysis method relied on deductive approach. The findings of this study showed that the competency model of counselors has 7 dimensions; knowledge, insight, attitude, ability, behavioral, skills and ethical features that includes 126 components. These findings were validated using two methods of repeatability and Delphi. The binomial test performed on Delphi data showed that all 126 identified components were significant at 0.05 level and were approved by experts.
