摘要：مقدمه: این پژوهش به منظور بررسی رابطه بین طرحواره های جنسی و اختلال درد جنسی با میانجیگری سبک های تبادل اجتماعی صورت گرفت. روش: جامعه آماری شامل کلیه زنان مراجعه کننده به کلینیک های جنسی شهر تهران بود که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای 220 نفر از زنان واجد شرایط انتخاب شدند. در پژوهش حاضر از مقیاس طرحواره های جنسی اندرسن و سیرووانسکی (1994)، ابزار زنانه چندوجهی اختلال دخول واژینال مولائی نژاد و همکاران (2014) و پرسشنامه تبادل اجتماعی لیمبن و همکاران (2011) به عنوان ابزار استفاده گردید. ارزیابی الگوی پیشنهادی از طریق الگویابی معادلات ساختاری (SEM) و با استفاده از نرم افزار لیزرل انجام شد. روابط واسطه ای در الگوی پیشنهادی نیز با استفاده از روش بوت استرپ آزموده شدند. یافته ها: نتایج مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری حاکی از برازش نسبی مدل بود و نشان داد طرحواره جنسی پرشور-رمانتیک و طرحواره جنسی خجالتی – محتاط با میانجیگری سبک انصاف اثر غیرمستقیم بر اختلال درد جنسی دارد. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج، جهت بهبود اختلال درد جنسی باید به سبک های تبادل اجتماعی به خصوص سبک انصاف توجه کرد. آموزش و مداخله بر اساس تئوری تبادل اجتماعی جهت کاهش مشکلات جنسی زنان مبتلا به اختلال درد جنسی به درمانگران حوزه سلامت جنسی یشنهاد می شود.
其他摘要：Objective: The aim of this research was to investigate the relationship between gender schemas and sexual pain disorder by mediating social exchange styles. Method: Statistical population was composed of all women that referred to sexual clinics of Tehran city that 220 qualified women selected by clustering sampling method. The research tool included Gender Schemas Scale (Andersen & Cyranowski, 1994) Multidimensional Vaginal Penetration Disorder Questionnaire (Molaie Nezhad, et al., 2014), and Social Exchange Styles Scale (Leybman etai., 2011). The Fitness of the proposed model was estimated through structural equation modeling (SEM) and using Lisrel software package. The mediating relationship in the proposed pattern was tested using the bootstrap procedure. Result: The results of structural equation modeling indicating relative fitness of model and showed that sexual passionate-romantic schema and the sexual shy-prudential schema with the mediation of fairness style had an indirect effect on sexual pain disorder. Conclusion: According to results for the improvement of social exchange styles particularly fairness style must be considered. Training and intervention based on social exchange theory is recommended to therapists of sexual health field for decreasing sexual problems of women with sexual pain disorder.
