摘要：Antonio Viada’s Manual del Sport , published in Spain in 1903, is the first technical work within Spanish sport that includes a chapter dedicated to foot-ball , a sport that was then little-known in Spain. This current study focuses on the terminological analysis of the chapter on football in order to obtain information of relevance for the compilation of the Historical Dictionary of Football Terms in Spanish that we are currently preparing.
