摘要:Any thoughts on the effectiveness of social rights on the 30th anniversary of the 1988 Constitution requires an understanding of, in what level, social rights are the basis for the concept of a Democratic State and of Citizenship itself. On the other hand, the contradiction consists in noticing that the validity of a Constitution faithful to the juridical and political dimensions of these concepts is trespassed by an ever-growing neoliberalism, followed by the implementation of a permanent crisis to all rationality that stands in opposition to market rules and that establishes other parameters for human socialization, work and the institutionalization of social relationships and conflicts.
