摘要：In front of an increasingly competitive market, Junior Enterprises stand out day after day asone of the most complete academic initiatives, which seeks broad vocational trainingcombined with social transformation. Today, the Brazilian Junior Enterprise Movement(MEJ), represented by the Brazilian Confederation of Junior Enterprises (Brasil Júnior),assumes significant proportions, with 25 federations and more than 570 Junior Enterprises.Before that, from the entrepreneurial experience, lived by college students through MEJ, weaimed to analyze and understand how these Enterprises are structured, how they work, as wellas which are their impacts on the society and on the agents involved with them, focusing onthe reality of Advocatta - Legal Junior Enterprise of the University of Brasilia.
