摘要：This paper aims to establish links between law and literature, drawing on the short story "Mineirinho" written by Clarice Lispector. The writer claimed to have transmuted the criminal herself. "Mineirinho”, who was killed by the police with thirteen shots -"for any crime, only one bullet was enough, the rest were wish to kill, arrogance." The intention of this paper is to provide some contributions from law to think about the aspects of this unreasonable act of violence, the violence on pure degree, that unjustifiable within the parameters of justice and law. Walter Benjamin, in his essay "Critique of Violence - Critique of Power," suggests that is the very heart of the law – violence- in its purest form. It is this path that this reflection, a time and world signalized by war, violence and genocide.
