摘要：This work pretends to be a situated reflection on the ways in which we produce scientific knowledge in law field, in Argentina at least. After specify our assumptions about the elements that allow us to characterize an inquiry as scientific, and of course its singularities in law arena in which predominates professional researches, we focus some problems related to a singular type of juridical research that, beyond its professional profile, are concerned to promote normative reforms.
