摘要：The goal of this project was to enhance the capacity of local health departments to translate and implement evidence-based programs in emergency preparedness by using the Getting To Outcomes approach. Our evaluation determined that local health department staff reported improved capacities. A “Getting To Outcomes Guide for Community Emergency Preparedness” guidebook was produced and is available online. Improving the capacity of local health departments (LHDs) to engage communities in their own preparedness is a national health security priority, but that capacity is often lacking.
