摘要：The main aim of the current study was to examine determinants of project performance in construction industry. The sample size of this study was 200 employees from construction companies in Mogadishu. Data was collected through semi structured questionnaire, and the data was analyzed by using SPSS. Different statistical techniques were performed to test the research objectives of this study Therefore, the Researchers found that all factors had significant positive relationship with project performance. The project managers should be aware of all factors that can threaten the successful implementation of the project. They will ensure that adequate performance reporting is carried out at all stages. This ensures that problems can be identified quickly and measures taken to mitigate them.
